1.) REDUCE FEDERAL SPENDING AND ENACT A BALANCED BUDGET THAT IS PASSED AND IMPLEMENTED BY BOTH HOUSES. 2.) ORGANIZE MY CONGRESSIONAL OFFICE TO HAVE 75% OF THE STAFF IN THE DISTRICT TO: A.) COMMUNICATE COMMUNITY BEST PRACTICES WITHIN THE DISTRICT. B.) ENABLE OPEN/TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION WITH REGULAR, REALTIME, INTERACTIVE "TOWN HALL" MEETINGS VIA STREAMING VIDEO. (WITHIN STAFFING BUDGET) C.) BE THE ADVOCATE FOR THE DISTRICT CONSTITUENTS TO REDUCE GOVERNMENT ROADBLOCKS AND RED TAPE. 3.) VOTE "NO" IF LEGISLATION VIOLATES THE CONSTITUTION OR CANNOT BE UNDERSTOOD/COMMUNICATED TO THOSE I REPRESENT. (85 WORDS)
